This has been a difficult year for all people in the industry, but it was compounded by the fact that the 2020 Awards were lost during transit from the UK to us. We are and have been trying to sort out the insurance on this, but it has created a problem. It lies in the actual awards take many hours to produce and the supplier doesn’t look like they have the time to print 20 replacements. We are negotiating this and will see what happens.
