Hal Schneider
Managing Director
Hal Schneider is a film artist whose work has appeared on Netflix and Apple TV+, as well as at festivals on three continents, such as Tribeca, Trieste Science + Fiction FilmFest, and FantasticFest. As a stage actor, he performed the villain in the Kabuki drama, "Mirror of Osaka" for the Crown Princess, now Empress, of Japan.
Dr. Isabella Hermann
Artistic Director
Isabella is an analyst and speaker in the field of science fiction. Holding a doctorate in political science, she examines how the genre reflects new technologies, socio-political value systems, and global politics. As co-director of the festival, her focus is on the dialogue with society.
